Will they bring their bickering on stage? Who knows! One thing’s for sure – those Croke Park nights are going to be unforgettable.

A Brief History of Oasis
Oasis, one of the most iconic British rock bands of the 1990s, was formed in Manchester in 1991. The band was initially created by Liam Gallagher, Paul Arthurs, Paul McGuigan, and Tony McCarroll. However, it was not until Liam’s older brother, Noel Gallagher, joined the band that Oasis truly began their rise to fame. Noel’s songwriting and the dynamic between the Gallagher brothers set the scene for Oasis’s success.
In 1994, Oasis released their debut album, ‘Definitely Maybe,’ which quickly became the fastest-selling debut album in British history at the time. With hits like ‘Supersonic’ and ‘Live Forever,’ the band dominated the British music scene. Their second album, ‘(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?’ released in 1995, cemented their status as a huge force in British music. Iconic tracks such as ‘Wonderwall’ and ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger’ have become tracks to a generation. Subsequent albums had less success, however Oasis still played to packed out venues and stadiums.
As time went on, the road to evential disbandment began to become more apparent with ongoing conflicts between the brothers. Tensions reached critical levels during their final tour in 2009. A series of public altercations, including a notable incident prior to a Paris concert, culminated in Noel’s departure from the group. Liam apparently smashed one of Noels guitars before the gig, and this effectively ended Oasis as it had been known.
However, both been successful since. Liam draws huge audiences when he plays live. Noel’s High Flying Birds have had critical acclaim and sell out regularly.
