Step into the haunted forest for spooky family fun and surprises!\n\n\nSamhain returns to Marlay Park on 24 & 25 October\, celebrating 20 years of spooky family fun. Rooted in the ancient Gaelic festival that marked the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter\, Samhain brings Ireland’s traditions of folklore\, spirits and the supernatural to life. \nStep into the haunted forest for an unforgettable Halloween experience filled with eerie encounters\, atmospheric trails and plenty of surprises along the way. Gather the family\, embrace the darker half of the year and experience the magic and mystery of Samhain for yourself. \n**The first slot of each evening is a dedicated sensory session. 4.30pm Saturday October 24th and 3.30pm Sunday October 25th. \nREMEMBER \nEach ticket admits two peopleRefunds are only available up to 7 days before the event \nTickets are NON-TRANSFERABLEDo not come to Samhain unless you have a ticketTickets for Samhain will not be available for sale at the event on the dayArrive at the entrance to the Samhain walk 30 minutes before your entry time in your group of at least 2 peopleThere is no charge for a child under 2 years old in a buggy or carrierLast entry to Samhain is at 8pm sharp each dayThere will be no fireworks display at SamhainAssistance Dogs only are allowed on the walk route\, no dogs or other animalsFollow the directions of event staff and stay on lighted pedestrian routes only \nFor any additional queries please contact hello@titanagency.ie \nTRANSPORT \nThe location of the entrance to Samhain and pedestrian routes to it are here. \nPlease walk\, cycle or use Public Transport to get to Samhain. \nThere is limited car parking available in the College Road Car Park for the event. \nAllow at least 30 minutes to walk from the College Road Car Park to the entrance to Samhain. \nAllow at least 10 minutes to walk from the Grange Road pedestrian gate to the entrance to Samhain. \nPlease DO NOT park in local estates or surrounding roads. \nADMISSION \nDo not come to Samhain unless you have a ticket. \nPlease arrive at the event together in your group of at least 2 people. \nLast entry to Samhain is at 8pm sharp each day. \nPlease arrive at the entrance to the Samhain walk at least 30 minutes before the entry time on your ticket. \nWhen you arrive at Marlay Park please follow the signs and instructions from stewards. \nConsumption of alcohol will not be permitted at the event or in surrounding areas. \nAny visitor consuming alcohol will be refused entry\, or may be asked to leave the area. \nYou can bring these on the walk route: \n• Items required for medical reasons• Water• Buggies or Carriers for children under 2 years old \nYou cannot bring these on the walk route: \n• Fireworks\, Chinese Lanterns\, Flares\, Torches or Laser Pens• Food\, Alcohol or Drugs• Animals except Assistance Dogs• Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon• Umbrellas\, Furniture\, High-visibility Clothing\, Cameras or recording equipment• Bicycles\, Electric Scooters or other vehicles• Large Bags (A4 size bags or smaller only please)
